Just For Pugs Pet-A-Cure Services is a service in which you feel right at home with your own puppy, its a nice welcoming atmosphere where your darling can play and interact with other pugs. The way Jayne and her husband do the nails is a wonderful and painless way where they are left shiny and rounded so they aren't sharp even after they are done. I highly recommend taking your pug there.

The first time I brought Bingo to Just For Pugs Pet-A-Cure Services we immediately felt welcomed as we were greeted at the door by Jayne and her four beautiful pugs (actually there were five, she was pug sitting for a friend). Jayne and her husband, Barry are super friendly and they display a genuine love of pugs.
I have always been nervous when bringing Bingo to get his nails clipped, and have never really been satisfied with the service I have received. I thought the service Jayne and Barry were offering was very interesting and seemed much more personal. I gave it a try and was very impressed with this wife and husband team. They treated Bingo very well and made him feel relaxed as he had his nails filed to the shortest length they have ever been!
To top off this service, Jayne rubs Vaseline on the dogs’ nails to help prevent them from cracking. Talk about a cheap pedicure!
I love Just For Pugs Pet-A-Cure Services and will never have Bingo’s nails clipped again...not as long as Jayne is offering this service. Thank you Jayne and Barry.

I recently brought my pug Hali to Just For Pugs Pet-A-Cure Services, and
I really can’t say enough about what a fantastic job Jayne and Barry
did! Hali absolutely detests having her nails cut at the vet - so much
so that the vet suggested giving her a tranquilizer. However, I was
really reluctant to go along with this plan, and began searching for
alternatives. When I found Jayne and Barry’s ad, I immediately contacted
them to make an appointment, although I was a bit nervous about how Hali
would react. When we arrived for our appointment Jayne and her pugs
greeted us at the door and made us feel right at home. As Hali settled
in to the baby snuggly that Jayne and Barry use, they spoke softly to
her and calmed her right down. The dremel tool that they use to cut pugs
nails is so much better than regular clippers! Hali’s nails have never
been so short and smooth! Thanks so much Jayne and Barry!

Thanks for a great trip to the groomers! It amazes me that we went from a muzzle to a baby sling! It is a treat to visit your home for our appointments and I'm pretty sure Hank thinks he is in heaven when we are there...treats, playmates and lots of love! You guys are great.

At Just For Pugs, my baby, Killer, was treated like a King!! Jayne and her husband did an excellent job on his nails, and it not longer hurts when he jumps and scratches my legs!! Killer was a bit nervous at first, as he gets nervous around strangers, but Jayne spoke to him in such a calming way that he eventually snuggled right in. Watching him get his feet massaged was hilarious. He laid right back calm as could be. His feet are still softer then ever before 2 days later. It was such a welcoming environment. It was a bit out of the way, and friends said I was crazy, but I would drive twice as far to get such wonderful service and to have my pug treated with such care.

"I got my pug, Teddy, in June of 2008 from a family who really didn't know what to do with him so they kept him in a kennel all the time. When I got him, I started to take him to a groomer to get his nails clipped. Well...that was VERY stressful for Teddy and myself, and I felt like a very mean pug owner for doing this to him. After the second time taking Teddy to the groomer, I thought there must be a better way to take care of his nails, so I started searching the trusted internet. I found the Pugapalooza website and went to the event, where I noticed Barry and Jayne doing a pug's nails. Soon after I discovered Just For Pugs Pet-A-Cure Services. Over the last 9 or 10 months, Teddy has become very comfortable wiggling his little bottom into the snugli for his pet-a-cure!! He is relaxed and loves visiting his pug friends...and he knows when we get in the car on Saturday mornings that he is going to have fun! Thank you so much for the love and attention you show my special friend!"
